Starbucks - San Mateo

I understand that it is a promo day but I waited 25 more minutes for a coffee, the goat was very fast but they could treat someone else he alone can'

This Starbucks has to be the worst Starbucks in San Mateo. I don't know who the girl's name was but today is February 13th and it's 12:44 p.m. and the girl that worked there picked up the phone and told me that I could not change my order and then she cussed at me and hung up the phone. When I tried to call back she did not answer so I hung up and I called again and then she picked up the phone and said you can call corporate if you keep calling here this is harassment and then hung up on me again. All because I wanted to change my order she must be some disgusting lazy person that hates her job if I were you I would not get my Starbucks here.

So busy. Horrible parking. Slow service. Long wait.

Depressing Starbucks. It is never clean. Homeless/transient people have started take shelter here on the sofas and no one says anything. Store manager must be sleeping.

The staff at this location are very nice. The ordered items are always done well.
