Sarku Japan - San Mateo

Good portion size when I order teriyaki huh. sarku am hillsdale food dish is a good place to have a meal when they are hungry and do not want to make a chaos in the kitchen.

Rude kasse. rude koch. I had cattle-Teriyaki rice abundantly bark son, and the pot stickers were cold dry and hard.

Sarku is like other almost food and good for the price. the seating in hilldale are very good and easy to find.

I never really go in hillsdale, but recently I went and ordered sarku. I asked for double meat not a sweet extra teriyaki sauce. I come to my eat I guess the dame doesn't know how to write instructions to the cook because I asked for extra soße and he doesn't care too busy on his phone and I don't even have double meat like i asked I mean, I was treated twice as better by sarku in tanforan mall when something get rid of this sarku and keep her from tanforan at least the orytu

Disappointing, to say the least. Ordered Combo 2 Beef Teriyaki dish and the mixed vegetables were over cooked and the so called Teriyaki beef is nowhere like a teriyaki beef should taste like. Very strong in black pepper and what they pass as teriyaki sauce/glaze is not even teriyaki style (doesn 't seem to have the shoyu or soy sauce color nor the sweetness)....it was more like water mixed with corn starch. My wife 's California roll is not even to a sushi shop standard...Safeway 's version is much better. This will be, unfortunately, a place that will be not visited, including other locations.
