The Spicy Chicken Sandwich is fantastic! As someone from Louisiana, it really captures the flavors I'm used to back home. As a travel nurse, it's wonderful to enjoy a meal that reminds me of home! I give it a 10/10!
The salmon tacos are amazing! The French dip was a bit messy, but still tasty.
Cheddar biscuits were very dry and inedible and went in the compost bin.Brussel sprouts had too much vinegar. Shrimp was good.
The tone of the otherwise good meal was brought down by the hard, dry and unseasoned mashed potatoes. Well, unseasoned except for a sprinkle of parsley and several short white hairs.
