Kingston Café - San Mateo

Stopped in with my daughter. We had a cappuccino, zucchini, carrots, coconut, apple and nut loaf and the basic breakfast sandwich. The cappuccino and food were excellent. The patrons were friendly and easy to talk to. If you want to know about the area ask them. We will be back.

Very cozy cafe with excellent service and beautiful, unique decor. Equally enjoyable whether you come for a quick visit or spend a couple hours just enjoying the ambiance. Their coffee and pastries are delicious too!

Stopped in on my lunch break for a sandwich and drink. Had the Monroe (chicken salad) as a friend recommended it. It did not disappoint and was absolutely delicious and generous. The new owners are extremely friendly and are trying new items to add to the menu, including breakfast items like waffles. Give this local family run place a chance. These times are hard especially as the local school across the street, which my son attends, is closed obviously because of COVID. Thanks Kingston!

Food cooked fresh on the spot, wide variety of choices of sandwiches, smoothies, pastry,.. come check it out. Very spacious, clean, friendly family oriented staff. Come and support a family owned business.
