Poki Poki San Marcos

Worst customer service and unprofessional. Never returning. I went there for the first time ever and ordered my food and she ended up charging me $4 over the menu price for menu items without my knowledge or approval. Worst part, she unapologetically told me , you should look better, it's on the menu (in very small letter) , and you can leave now. I paid and left my food on the counter without touching it and went to Lemon Shark Poke instead.Next time you want to add extra cost to someone's plate, ask before doing so.

I'm giving this location a 3 because there are much better poke options in the area. I also received a bowl that had rotten pineapple that forced me to throw away. Unfortunately I had gotten all the way home and when I called they did offer to remake it but I asked for a refund instead. The owner approved it so at least they have good customer service. In my Poki Poki Vista review I mentioned Encinitas has the best location as far as customer service and quality of ingredients.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff were very kind, and the food was delicious! Poke is my new favorite food now. I guarantee your kids will love it and you will want to go there again. Every bite is flavorful, and the eel sauce was perfect.Dietary restrictions: Great option for pescatarians
