Had the strawberry and cookies n cream froyo with all different kinds of toppings, and it was delish! Definitely going back on a Tuesday since they have that $6 fill up!
Always good and consistent with yogurt. The staff is great here, A+. We came in late, 15 minutes before closing after having an adult date night. They were in the cleaning and shutting down routine but was still so nice and welcoming. We were laughing and being loud, 6 of us. They were so polite and patient and even laughed along with us. Thanks for topping off our date night with great customer service!
Frozen yogurt in multiple flavors with a wide variety of liquid and solid toppings. Throw in a sturdy cute spoon and you have Menchie's.The yogurt flavors are really great and generally better than most froyo places. I stick with the yogurt because I really don't need more calories than that provides already so I can't comment on the toppings. One thing that's particularly irksome: You do everything here. You get your own cup, you dispense your own yogurt, you add your own toppings, and you even put it on and remove it from the scale. Yet the point of sale device suggests a sturdy beggar's tip. I'm hoping you're getting paid by the hour because I did all the work. I'm not a miser and I'm certainly willing to tip if you put SOME effort into my order, but checking me out is not what I call service. I tipped something reasonable for that service. There are other frozen yogurt places in town. You should check them out, too.
With an hour left of operation hours. Tables and chairs were put away. Making our experience not so pleasant, being my mother is disabled. Three empty dispensers, one empty flavor another giving a burning smell while dispensing and no product coming out. One employee just did not put off any good vibes at all, like we were an inconvenience. Not sure because it's a Monday night and almost the end of shift. No matter it's still a business and your attitude does matter.
