Fazoli's - San Marcos

--- The customer service at this location was lacking, and it felt like the place was being run by teenagers. There were loud conversations coming from the kitchen, with discussions about throwing up and inappropriate language being used. We also did not receive our breadsticks with the order, and when we asked for them, we were told they were out but would be brought to us once they were ready. As for cleanliness, it seemed to be an issue as well. I ordered the gluten-friendly chicken pesto rotini, Alfredo noodles, and chicken Alfredo. I usually enjoy Fazoli's, but this location really needs a serious staff overhaul and a thorough cleaning.

Yes, 5 stars. No chic Italian restaurant. It is fast food and for fast food it is great. Was earlier in Florida and missed it. Will be back in San Marcos.

Great experience for the family! The service was good and the food was even better! It is favorable, but no lack of taste or portion sizes.

The staff was fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable. The restroom was impeccably clean, and they offer free refills. The dining area was also tidy. It feels like a more casual version of Olive Garden, but with a more convenient location. They have excellent deals during the week as well!

I hear here every time I was the city because my city hasn't had one for years, and I love the food. The workers are all young and change so that they always train and do not know what they suspect, the food taste is not consistent, once the breadsticks were burned, the next they were cooked everywhere and still gooey on the inside, the next were just right... the place is usually quite empty customers and kept quite clean.
