El Pollo Loco - San Marcos

I ordered the 20 piece family meal with rice and pinto beans.. It was the most delicious food ever. The only thing, I ordered corn tortillas and got flour tortillas, not good. It was drive thru and found out at home. I didn't want to drive back. Next time I'll check my order before I leave.. I it tho!!!! Great food!!

El Pollo loco makes some of the best chicken I 've ever had. I really enjoy this place and we try to go about once a week. Picked up a 12 piece family dinner this time. The food is great with the kids too, our 2 little girls always eat good on El Pollo night The reason I didn 't rate them 5 stars? This particular location seems to run out of their jalapeno hot sauce packets pretty regularly, as well, as there is always something they leave out or miss with my order. This time it was 'no dressing on the loco side salad ', but it definitely came with dressing. Good to double check before pulling off from the drive through.

Love the fresh ingredients and everything tastes great. Green avocado salsa is a favorite....would buy it by the bottle in fact. Drive through speaker system is hard to hear and orders are not always correct so check your bag before u drive off.

Maria S. Keeps the receive or either cuts the bottom part where the barcode is. So you cant earn points if you want and I do. I noticed that once I was home and wanted to scan my ticket and earn points .
