Chili's Grill - San Marcos

If you were looking for the best experience you will definitely get it at Chili’s. The waitresses are super awesome they are making sure that this establishment is very clean. If you do happen to come ask for Lauren she will make sure that you have the best experience possible if you want your order to GO ask for JACKSON he will make sure your food

Sydney was great with her customer service. Not only did she handle the front door But she sat and served customers as well. She was on top of it. Thank you Sydney! The only complaint we had was restrooms needed Attention but we told Sydney as we left and she said she was going to notify manager ASAP. Food was hot and we were satisfied.

Went for dinner. The place was not crowded. The hostess/waitress took our drink order. Eventually brought our drinks. Came back around eventually and took our order. The food was slow getting to us. The food was good and reasonably priced.

A friend of mine had this experience and took these pictures at our local Chili’s: “We went to Chili’s for dinner. I have never seen a Chili’s Restaurant this dirty. I asked for the manager. I asked him are you the manager. He said yes. I told him he needs to be ashamed of his restaurant. I showed him some pictures. We got there at 8:00pm and I thought he would do something about what I had addressed him. At 9:00 pm things were still the same. He needs to be ashamed of being a worthless manager. Yes in San Marcos Texas.”

Great service! Lloyd the bartender was great! He made us feel at home was very nice and we were not rushed to order our food. I could enjoy my drink and my food in a comfortable environment. Thank you, Lloyd.
