We love coming to SLO Brew. The menu always changes, but it never seems to be disappointed (and we are plant-based). The beers are fantastic. This place has always been 5 stars in my book....until this year. They sold my favorite beer (Cali Squeeze) to another brewery. So until I find a new favorite, it's 4 stars.
Many parking spaces. Order at the switch. Many seating: inside, outside and a little mix of both. Wide range of food... I got the Roast Chicken Salad (Did not think that blueberries and chicken would work, but yes! Others got the pastor tacos, runway mi and caprese sand... all had good things to say. Apparently the beer selection was plentiful and filled.
Great Sunday afternoon music (now is a jazz trio) along with some fantastic beers... our favorite brewery so far in SLO district. Although we do not order food, next time (decent menu and what we saw coming from the kitchen looked great).
SLO Rock, this place has it all from brewing beers all the way to vodka, gin and Bourbon. My favorite beer in there is still frothy ipa awesome flavor and moderate hops clean and crisp. Food is amazing we had the American burger, the avocado bacon burger and a side of broccolini. All perfectly cook and seasoned the brewery has lots of space out side if wanting to have that. They have also Churro stout and chocolate banana stout, worth to enjoy a beer flight. Did I tell you that you can join their brewery most likely distillery club? For $1500 a year you can actually buy a barrel of Bourbon, vodka or gin (depends which run they are doing) after a year been aged you can either take the barrel home or they bottle it for you (about 28 bottles) with your label. I think it 's pretty cool and in the bucket list for next time.
