Five Guys Burgers Fries

Both burgers we got were supposed to have cheese and didnt, and idk if the patties had been sitting out or if the buns were stale or what but it tasted off/not fresh, like some or all of it had been sitting out for a long time or like we got someones leftovers (delivery time was normal so its not like it was waiting at the restaurant longer than usual). Super disappointed, I get things happen but that was probably the worst Five Guys Ive ever had. Please do better, I really hope this isnt a new normal cause Id like to keep coming here. I like Five Guys, yall, i dont want Five Guys to suck, but that last order sucked. Fries were fine, at least, though.
