Papaito Rotisserie - San Leandro

While at work, my colleague treated me to lunch for my birthday in November. We stumbled upon this place in search of a healthy meal, and it was the best decision. It's more of a catering establishment, and everything tasted just as good as it looked in the photos on Yelp. We each tried a bit of each other's dishes to sample the different toppings and meats. The chicken was the best I've ever had from a take-out place or restaurant. If you're looking for comfort food that's also healthy, this is a must-visit spot. It may be a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it. Bon Appetit!

I was disappointed to drive out after checking the hours on Google and verifying them on their website, only to find that the restaurant was closed. It seems that this is not a lunch spot after all.

I absolutely adore Papaito Rotisserie! It's my favorite spot to go to when I'm in San Leandro for work. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff all around. I've dined there multiple times and my absolute favorite dish is the Casserole Mushrooms. The mushrooms are always cooked perfectly and the creamy sauce is incredibly tasty, like a rich cream of mushroom soup. A close runner-up is the Cheesy Street Corn Dip with Plantain Chips, which I can't resist despite my dairy restriction. The sauce mixed with the corn and cheese is delicious. I also can't get enough of the smoky corn salad, with just the right amount of spice. Although I've only tried the sides so far, I'm looking forward to ordering the rotisserie chicken next time. It looks amazing.

Food was decent but the sauce in the lomo pa patio was a bit too strong/salty ... by the end of the dish was a bit overwhelming

When those hot plantains arrive, and a portal to heaven opens up...I can't find words... Always found the staff to be friendly and the wonderful noting of Gluten Free and Vegan options is reassuring... worth navigating the parking lot to enjoy food from Papaito.
