Cinco Tacobar - San Leandro

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I waited in line for 15 minutes just to order a sandwich, while everyone else around me received their food without a hitch. They even burned my bread and set it aside without any explanation or acknowledgment. There were only two staff members working, which explains the lack of service. After all that time, I was left feeling frustrated by the incompetent staff and poor management. The owner should really take some time to see how things are run. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of taquerias in the city that offer excellent customer service. What a disappointing experience!

The food here is incredibly delicious, quick, and convenient. The horchata has a delightful flavor, and the salsas provide a nice kick while still tasting great.

The tacos were good, but the burrito was disappointing; the rice was overly hard and there wasn't enough meat. On a positive note, I enjoyed the artwork on the walls.

I enjoy the fish tacos from here, the chipotle cabbage and the spicy salsa up makes it better. You can create your own taco, burrito or bowl. Good selection of meat and fresh tortillas!

Moved to this facility because the place we were using raised rates 3 times in less than a year and a half. We went from a 5x10 unit to a 10x10 for $100 per month less. The young lady I dealt with was pleasant and very helpful. Couldn't give them 5 stars because we've just moved in last week, let's see how things go after a while
