Great food, service and ambient. The music from the next restaurant was a little bit loud, since we were eating outside, but other than that, everything was outstanding. Do wish it would close later than 11pm.

Absolutely THE worst service of any restaurant anywhere in the world. Condescending, rude and simply nasty. The waiter with the glasses was the nastiest human being we have ever met. Never came back with water, never asked how the meal was and then kept us waiting for 45 minutes just to get the check. When we requested a manager he proudly announced with a big mouth that nobody cares and the manger could care less. Absolutely would strongly recommend that you run not walk away from Sofia’s. We wish somebody had warned us about the horrific, horrible service so that we could have gone to eat anywhere else. Honestly, KFC, Burger King and Subway all have vastly superior service and ambiance. Sofia’s was a total disaster!

Reasonably priced and very good Italian restaurant w/ a Puerto Rican twist in Old San Juan. The service is very good. Recommend the Tio Pepe mushrooms and the Linguine Regina
