Don Ruiz - San Juan

I stopped by this cafe based on recommendations from a travel site that suggests coffee spots in the are you are visiting. Don Ruiz did not disappoint. I ordered a simple butter croissant paired with a single shot w/two scoops of milk. Both were exquisite. If you are in the area Don Ruiz is a must stop for coffee lovers.

Good cafe, delicious coffee and pastries, cozy atmospere. Some complain that the cafe is hard to find but it's not

We got mango smoothies from here and they were the best I’ve ever had! So tasty and refreshing.

A really cute place. The food looked and smelled amazing. I wish I could have stayed to try it. I love the look and their coffee is good but this place is super difficult to find. It is all the way inside of the courtyard of the museum and the sign is very difficult to find. There is better coffee in easier locations in old San Juan.

Very delicious coffee. However, they were out of some very basic breakfast ingredients (bananas, croissants). Nice AC, but hard to find and wifi wasnt great. Good place to stop in on the way to El morro for some breakfast or a quick bite.
