Delicate, complex and delicious flavors worthy of the San Francisco restaurant scene. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Great wine selections by the glass. The only issue is that is much louder inside than you would expect for a small restaurant, which drove us away a bit sooner than we had wanted.
One million out of ten! Every part of this dining experience was incredible. The flavors and combinations of the food are magnificent. The Buffalo in the soft shell crab was so spot on and unique. The veal cheeks were the perfectly cooked and tender. I hope the restaurant puts the Bundt cake on the main menu (and then make it bigger!!
Amazing, delicious, creative Puerto Rican meal. Beautifully crafted with subtle yet fun flavors. Best PR meal I’ve had in many years at this level of cuisine. Flavors reminiscent of my childhood with updated textures. Truly, a special and memorable dinner. Loved.
While on vacation in PR we celebrated my birthday at Vianda. The food was exceptional. We tried several dishes on the menu tomato burrata, crispy squid, fennel apple salad, filet, pumpkin ravioli, cod with mussels and crispy pork belly. One dish was better than the next. Desserts were delicious wonderful flavors. Very professional service as well. I feel this is a must for a meal if you are in San Juan!!
