SEARED - San José del Cabo

Suviche was a great experience all around. My friend and I just wanted a light, relaxing delicious meal and it was perfect. Suviche is an upscale restaurant with some innovative Japanese fare. We decided to try 2 of the One&Only Nigiri the seared yellowtail...and the tuna, black truffle. Both were incredible. Amazing clean flavors. We also had the sea bass nigiri and salmon avocado maki which were both good as well. The tenderloin hot stone was such a nice presentation just a very small hot stone which we were able to cook our sliced up tenderloin to whatever temperature we wanted. Simple and delicious. The band, which consisted of a singer, guitar player and percussionist were fantastic. They completed the great atmosphere of the restaurant. Suviche and Seared are right next door to each other and we loved the soufflé we had a couple nights before and they had no problem bringing that to us for dessert which ended the meal perfectly. Would definitely return when in San Jose del Cabo.

Asian Restaurant within the O O Palmilla, it serves an array of sushi, sashimi Mexican ceviche. Charming, upscale environment polished service. Sushi starters were quite good, hot stone dishes very tasty, desserts plain ordinary.

The restaurant was empty! Beautiful decor (nice varanda seating were not offered as a seating choice for us) and very good service, but food was way too expensive compared to other options in Los Cabos - we understand that the restaurant has a famous chef, is located at a fancy hotel, but it was too pricy! Paris price in Los Cabos? Doesn't make sense!We ordered cheap options such as fish and pork and the food was very good! Tried the Mac and Cheese as your side (to share) and it was delicious!

Seated is the place to go if you want meat cooked perfect. I had the rib and it could not be any better. The prices are high but worth it, The service and attention to detail is wonderful.
