Al Pairo At Solaz, A Luxury Collection Resort

Amazing from beginning to end! Very recommended! I'm looking forward to going back!

My husband and I loved the Wanderlust experience so much that we ate here 2 times during our five night stay. The food, service and ambiance are amazing. Highly recommend doing the Wanderlust dinner we had 15 courses and were completely surprised at every dish. The two nights were also completely different meals. Al Pairo was amazing and well worth the money.

Music entertainment was superb

Our second dinner at Al Pairo in Solaz, where we stay. The service was excellent, with special attention to our nutritional requirements for non-dairy (me) and gluten-free (woman). We cost the fresh catch both evenings with different fish. Their short ribs with Jicama Maische and Bbq shrimp were also special. Everything was prepared and cooked for perfection with delicious sauces and vegetables. The chef here Custom made us a Guave Sorbet, gluten-free cakes, caramelized Piñon nuts and strawberry sauce, which was one of the best desserts we ever had. We dinate here every time we return and plan every year. The restaurant overlooking the resort and the sea is simply beautiful. The decor is a modern blend of natural fabrics and wood. The tables are so spaced that the food feels private.
