The service was cordial but we were handed at least 4 different variations of the menu in the beginning making it impossible to understand which one was actually in the menu and which one wasn't. We told them, and then removed one variation and kept the rest three also having us confused. Anyway, the food was really good. Standouts were Mongolian beef, Firecracker chicken and the Pork Chop. And also the Shrimp in Aji Amarillo Sauce. The flavor was really balanced and it had a good amount of heat as well.
I had my 50th bday party at the Province on one of the nights when they were also having a bollywood party and I have to say the entire team with the manager Mark made it the most memorable experience ever ...thee service was impeccable, the food was superb and the music and ambience A1....There was plenty of parking and the servers made sure all our guests were well taken care of ... From the bottle service to sparklers they made sure they delivered everything that was discussed. We are so happy we chose this venue and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a party venue ! A special thank u to Mark, Pos, Brendan, the chef and all the severs!
First time here and last time. I will never ever come back!! We had a party of 4. Food was not really good for the price. SERVICE WAS SO HORRIBLE! Waiter disappears A LOT, he was not attentive. Had to go to the bar and asked the bartenders that we needed more drinks . Bartender says she will send someone out to our firepit table outside, took 20m for our waiter to finally come to our table, ordered our drinks then took another 15 20 minutes for our drinks. (keep in mind the restaurant was not busy at all, the place was practically empty. They had about 3 or 4 tables with customers and had only 3 customers sitting at the bar. Later we asked for the itemized bill, the waiter came back with the credit card machine which only showed the total amount of the bill. We asked to split the bill in 3. Each one of us gave the waiter tips on our credit cards. My friend questioned the bill seemed a little high . So she asked the waiter to print out the itemized bill (keep in mind we all had already been charged and given the waiter tips on each of our credit cards . We were all very shocked that the itemized bill had already included and charged a banquet gratuity of 22% (really? we did not have a banquet there just a party of 4, and the waiter did not deserve a 22% tip! . We felt that the waiter was very sneaky by not giving us the itemized bill printout when we asked for the check, and to never mentioned to us that we were going to be charged a banquet gratuity of 22% . Everything makes sense now! Why the waiter had disappeared A LOT, and was not attentive with serving us it 's because he will be getting his “banquet gratuity 22% tip, regardless!!!” (why should he hustle? Nowhere on the menu has anything listed or any signs posted in the restaurant to let customers know that customers will be charged a banquet gratuity of 22% (we were a party of 4 we didn 't have a banquet party . Lesson learned: Is to always ask for the itemized check before paying the bill.
Good: Friendly greetings, staff. Food was pretty good. Wine selection was good. Not so good: Entrees arrived before the salad. We weren't warned that the salads are meal-sized; that should have been mentioned when we order two salads along with two entrees.
Bar tenders are excellent. If someone doesn't seat you quickly, it's likely that they are understaffed and don't have a host/hostess so I would recommend going up to the bar to sit or ask to be seated. This space is friendly for large groups or single diners. The pad Thai was amazing with plenty of eggs in the dish.Food: 5/5
