It’s a hit or miss . Today my salad tasted like old greens and my fries were cold and my shake was a bit watery. Seriously?! UPDATE: Today I redeemed a $2 sundae w a coupon in my app and yes I didn’t order it w whipped cream but they didn’t even fill it to the top not to mention the texture of the ice cream was SO weird . I can’t even begin to explain it . They say chocolate sundae and to them that means vanilla ice cream WITH chocolate sauce . They didn’t even mix it into the ice cream— at least that’s what makes most sense to do. You’re gonna laugh when I tell you the best part of this sundae was the nuts topping . Honestly .
The quality of the burgers is much worse than they used to be. Having eaten at least 100 charburgers in the last 20 years, many at the original store in old town Goleta. I can easily say that the one I ate last night was the worst ever. The buns were smashed, the two patties tasted like they were microwaved, and the fixings looked tired and soggy. The fries were still decent. But with the prices way up this is a disappointment. Parking in this location is also a pain. There are a larger number of restaurants but very few spaces.
Delicious burgers for my mood, whether Rindburger, Ahi Thunfischburger, Veggie Burger. And their sides are just as good! Customer service is quite fast, but for the quality of the foods I am all right with it!
The Pommes were the best I ever had in a fast food restaurant. The Charburger was also great, very fresh and the bread was just right
