Caffe Frascati - San Jose

Very spacious that you don’t need to worry about not having a seat. Nice environment and good taste of the coffee. They even have a piano for customers to play. Love the place.

Great coffee shop. House blend is smooth and mellow. Plenty of space to work and hang out. There is even an upstairs area with a huge skylight.

Caffe Frascati instantly felt like home to me. Being new to San Jose, I have tried a few cafes and coffee shops looking for one that is a perfect fit for my tastes. Here the environment is casual, the furniture is Woody and cozy, and the tea is delicious. I haven't yet had any espresso here, but it smells amazing. As I write a musician is setting up to play in the corner, and another patron is gazing over the mezannine rail sipping coffee and typing away at a laptop. If you've been to school in New Orleans, you might know about the Neutral Ground. This is the closest cafe I've found to capturing the personality of that perfect place.

I had an hour to spend while waiting for my next activity and needed a space to enjoy a cup of tea and get a little work done. This was the perfect spot! Good food/drink, service, and atmosphere. As a fan of The Office and Parks and Recreation, I loved seeing the photos of Asiz Ansari and Creed. :
