La Fattoria - San Giovanni Di Baiano

Fantastic restaurant! The waiters were really friendly and the food was delicious. Huge portions at very reasonable prices. It's great if you're planning a meal with a few people, as it caters for large parties.

My husband and I stayed here for ten nights while in Italy to purchase property. The hotel owners were very accommodating and friendly to make our stay welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very clean and a wonderful hot shower! A very nice family run business and restaurant. We highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The several days I spent in this hotel were fantastic. Rooms are very clean and were maintained that way throughout the stay. The staff was also friendly and helpful, and even though I don't speak Italian, there were no issues with communication. They also make some great coffee! Most importantly, the atmosphere provided was incredibly relaxing. The place is in a quiet area but close enough to Spoleto. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in La Fattoria and would recommend it to anyone.
