Dorando' - SAN GIMIGNANO

We had a great lunch here selecting local food. All courses were great, including starters. We finished our lunch with nice sweets and coffee. If we have an option, we will stop here one more time. Restaurant is placed outside center in small narrow street...so you can enjoy food souranded by old houses but still protected from the sun.

We ordered only a main dish because we were not so hungry. We got a basket of bread and a bibita (small appetizer). The appetizer was a tiny tomato, a small piece of ricotta and a pinch of mousse. This was underwhelming and the bread...was dry. Our main dish was not special, but not overpriced compared to the other restaurants. In the end we paid euro’s on the basket and the bibita, more than our main dish which were totally not worth it. We said something about it and the response was but you ate it... we definitely not go to this restaurant again

A very pleasant place for a meal with engaging staff and beautiful food. The menu ws terrific and the service was attentive. We will be back.
