Chorizos de Dona Euaraquia - San Gil

PROS *If you’re tired of the same old Colombian food, these chorizos cooked in guarapo are a nice and tasty change of pace. *Each chorizo is 1.900, which makes them cheaper than the extremely average chorizo I had at the San Gil bus terminal. CONS *It’s good, but probably not worth going out of your way for.

I enjoy a good sausage though I would not have necessarily put it as my first choice for a complete meal. However, the chorizo here, in a wonderful panela sauce changed my mind. Served with steamed cassava at the side, you can really take this dish on as a main course....really surprising delicious and different.
