The lady strongly recommended adding an egg to the rice roll, and I’m so glad I listened—definitely the best decision I could have made. I had no idea fan Tuan could be even more delicious! The addition of the nicely seasoned egg and scallions was a game changer. Also, just a note: I’ve visited many places that skimp on pickled vegetables, but not here!
You could consider this place Taiwanese fast food, but there’s also the option to dine in. The food is quite good.
