Tilak - San Francisco

Chef Tilak makes the best Indian food! I'm a particular fan of the chaat items on his menu I could happily eat those for every meal all year.

You won't find better Indian cuisine anywhere else. The chicken curries are outstanding, and the salmon curry is sure to surprise and impress you.

I never would have considered myself a fan of Indian food, but Tilak changed that! The food is incredible, with just the right amount of spice so that you always want to take another bite. The butter chicken and garlic nan are must-haves! There are a lot of other Indian places closer to where I live, but I happily go out of my way (from SOMA) to get food here!

Without a doubt, this is the best Indian food in San Francisco, and the owners are wonderful people as well! I highly recommend it.
