Sotto Mare Oysteria Seafood

You will get a great portion of pasta that will be filling for one. I got the linguine seafood pasta and you get a piece of shrimp, octopus, clams in every bite.It always gets busy, so reservations are a must!!Inside the restaurant are tables and seats that are close knit to each other so I say the atmosphere can get chaotic when all seats are filled. If you like a restaurant that is filled with noises, this is a great place to get that energy out!

I like sitting outside and people watching on a sunny day with a Pinot Grigio, the inside is old school and classic SF seafood.I always have a wonderful experience , food is great, service is friendly and fastthis time we had.Oysters , Crab Cocktail and probably the best Cioppino around.

We celebrated our son's birthday here for dinner. The menu has many good choices and the sevices provided by the friendly staff is very good. Excellent sea food!

The oysters are the best in town! The pastas are amazing as well. Would love to try more dishes when I'm in town again. There is a long wait but you get a buzzer to walk around with until your table is ready.Food: 5/5

When I came first time to SF I asked my friend who used to lived in the San Francisco where is the best seafood in the city. He recommended me Sotto Mare. I truly like this place from first visit.I went to this osteria every time when I have been in SF.I like Italian atmosphere, simple food and house wine.Good fresh oysters costs 2$ each.Lobster ravioli and sand fish were amazing, so did soup with clams.
