Przekaż informację zwrotnąBad customer service and the drinks took really long. Mixed up orders at the 135 4th street location near the movie ticket section. I also asked for normal sweetness and they gave me something that tasted like it was 25%, the boba was the only thing making it sweet. There's not even a coffee flavor. Its watered down and bitter. My boba was hard and seemed stale and un fresh. I do not recommend. The place is very unorganized and could be better. Cashier gave an attitude when I said she mixed my drinks up and while taking my order. I shared with my family and they said the same thing.
Super watered down, low quantity of boba. One of the worst boba places in SF.Atmosphere: 2/5
This place is ok. Located in a food court in a shopping mall, so the convenience is there. I wasn't really impressed by the teas I had, I would probably not come back. I got the mango and the mango-passion fruit.Pros: the teas were not bad, more so disappointed by toppings. 2 kiosks to order, no line, took about 5 min to wait for drink. Cons: did not have as wide of a selection of toppings as I was looking for (I wanted popping pearls)
Great taste, lots of interesting menu items, 5/5 customization optionsI stuck to basics with mango green tea with cheese cream and classic milk tea with boba, but they have cool flavors like watermelon, cocoa, Hokkaido and Tea Mojitos. They are located in the basement/concourse level of the mall. Recommend checking them out.
Came here after watching a movie. It was nice and refreshing. I got the 50% sweetness and it was plenty sweet for me. 100% might be too much for most people. Boba and jelly were soft and chewy. Just what I wanted.
