Little Skillet - San Francisco

Completely unexpected, but delightful. This place is kinda obscure (in an alley) but the food was actually better than expected. The waffles are crispy and fluffy, but the best part to me was the chicken! Seasoned perfectly and not too greasy, I recommend trying the chicken and waffles for the best of both worlds. Oh and steer clear of the greens, those could be better.

The fried chicken at this restaurant is excellent, but the service is terrible. In the future, I will just order the chicken to-go and make my own sides and drinks at home. Our drinks were left sitting at the bar for over 5 minutes before being delivered to our table. The table next to us, who was seated 10 minutes after us, had someone visit their table right away to chat and bring them waters. We had to get our own waters. Our food also sat in the pass for several minutes before being brought to us. When we were finished, it was very difficult to get a box for our leftovers. We would have become regular brunch customers if it weren't for the poor service. It's a real shame.

Lovely location. Luckily found easy parking close to meters. Enjoyed outstanding live music. Food was tasty, although arrived slightly cold. Excited to return in the future!

We had our annual luncheon at this restaurant on December 8, 2023. The place was extremely clean, the staff was outstanding, but unfortunately, they couldn't keep up with the demand for Grits, Collard Greens, and Fried Chicken. We devoured everything they brought out! I will definitely be bringing my family here whenever they come to visit me in San Francisco.

This is a great place to eat. I was pleased with the parking options nearby. The live music was fantastic. The food, although a bit cold, was still delicious. I can't wait to come back!
