This is the best dive bar in the TL area. You really can’t go wrong with HA-RA; everything is excellent!
Cheapest drinks in SF! Historical dive bar with a lot of Charicter. Surprisingly clean! Many TVs and good beer selection. Probably the only pace where you have a shot and a beer for $8!!!! The mood is great!
If you are for a story, cheap drinks and good time, this is the place for you- that is for real diving enthusiasts! The picture you see on the walk was found in this place YEARS when it still had the low ceilings. The bar owner has done a good job to renovate the place and keep the history of the place.
Ha-Ra is an excellent parklet bar. The staff is incredibly friendly, the prices are reasonable, and there's something very cosmopolitan about enjoying drinks outdoors on the walkway and street.
