Fiorella - San Francisco

Went for Brunch and enjoyed location and food. It is not your usual Brunch with interesting dishes .Enjoyed the Spicy vodka pie and the arancini.

To be fair, it was a Saturday and a cold evening. We had reservations two weeks in advance and knew we'd be sitting outside. They really don't have the heating situation dialed in to have folks sitting outside when it's chilly. Also, they were slammed busy. Our wait person was very nice, but they were so backed up, we couldn't even get wine glasses for wine for 30 minutes. Seems they simply overbooked for the wait personnel they have not fair for anyone: servers, kitchen, front desk, customers. Once our food arrived, it was very tasty!

Service was exceptional and the court was delicious.

Fichte Polk has exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent and the service was even better. The hostess treated us like a royal. The restaurant weekly menu was very good

Overall experience was nice. The food was good with great flavor. My only complaint was that the meatballs were room temperature when they came but our server quickly brought them back to get reheated. We had the fungi pizza and 3 pasta dishes which were all delicious. Our server was very attentive and helpful which made our experience great!
