The Asian bartender with a goatee was quite unprofessional and rude. The ambiance of the restaurant would have made it a lovely spot for a date, but the unfriendly service really takes away from the experience, which is disappointing.

My friends and I will not be going back to Festa after the appalling treatment we received from the older male bartender last Saturday night. I was also disheartened to see that other reviews have highlighted his aggressive and inappropriate behavior, which indicates that management is not taking this issue seriously enough to resolve it.

My sister and I visit Festa frequently, and we absolutely love it. If you’re looking for a lively place with regulars who can lift your spirits during karaoke, and you enjoy a great cocktail, then I highly recommend this spot. They also have an extensive song selection!
