Cinderella Bakery Cafe - San Francisco

Did not expect to find Russian food in SF, happy I did find this place because the food was great, service nice and the prices are very okay for the amount of food we got. High recommend the pelmeni and the chicken soup!

I had several bowls of hot dishes, and they were fantastic! Everything we tried was delicious, and the kvass tasted fresh and homemade. The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I've always enjoyed great takeout food, so this time we decided to dine in. While the flavors were still excellent, the food was served too cold; both the soups and dumplings were lukewarm. Additionally, we encountered some moldy butter, although that might just be a supply issue.

I highly recommend this delightful Russian bakery! Their freshly baked roggenbrot is incredible, and the piroshki with mushrooms are absolutely delicious. Be sure to try the restaurant's offerings as well; the вареники with jam and the борщ are both fantastic!

I've tried many bowls of borscht, and this one was outstanding! Everything we ordered was exceptionally tasty, and the kvas had a fresh, homemade flavor. The service was incredibly pleasant and friendly.
