This restaurant serves delicious and authentic Mexican food. The staff is attentive and accommodating when you request customizations to your order. They offer a variety of classic dishes such as enchiladas, burritos, and tacos. I have tried all of them and can attest to their quality. It is a hidden gem of a restaurant.
The chicken mole burrito, or any burrito for $8.25, is great! You can add lettuce, cheese, and sour cream to a super burrito for just $1 more. The line can be long during lunch hours, but it moves quickly.
Excellent neighborhood Mexican place! The staff are incredibly friendly and the portions are quite large. They're very accommodating of vegetarians and have very kindly sauteed additional veggies for our burritos. Highly recommend!
Visited Caramba restaurant for lunch today and it wasn’t too bad. The restaurant is located on 2nd street and is fairly busy during the lunch hour. One of the unique aspects of the restaurant is that orders are placed at the beginning of the counter when you first walk in and if you’re a new customer, it’s a bit confusing because of the placement of the menu board. I ordered a super shrimp burrito on a spinach wrap. “Super” means that it comes with guacamole and sour cream, which is an extra $2.50. The shrimp was freshly grilled, which was nice. Overall, the burrito was pretty good. It wasn’t wrapped tightly but that may be because of the size of the spinach wrap. Each order comes with tortilla chips. Be prepared to pay anywhere from $10.00 $12.00
