2/25/2023 A delicious end to our date night my favorite ice cream spot in the city. Scooping happiness every single day. Happiness from scratch. Love these quotes! And it 's true! Bi rite ice creams are all handmade, homemade and in small batch. You know what that means? It means quality, Quality, QUALITY! I absolutely love that their ice cream is not a hot melting mess. Personally, I think ice creams that are super soft and easily melted is an abomination. I like to enjoy my ice cream for a long time, get many and several licks in a scoop, without having to look like a thirsty dog with a bowl of water. Melting and dripping is not my style. That 's why, time and time again, Bi rite ice cream is just my style. It never disappoints!New flavor is in town. Pandan with mango swirl. Sounds kinda exotic with a sexy sweetness to it. Tasting is back. So, ask for tasters before settling on a flavor.Interior has changed. Looks brighter and roomier (Two thumbs up).February/March is a good time to go since they make their ever so delicious Earl Grey. That 's what I got. Earl Grey and Salted Caramel on sugar cone. My handsome hunk of a husband got Roasted Banana and Ricanelas in a cup.You know what else is so good other than their ice cream? The staff. Super friendly and easygoing. Got an extra stamp for patiently waiting as they process my gift card payment. Yes, don 't forget to ask for loyalty stamps! Get your 10th scoop free. What a perfect way to end our date night. Ice cream on a cold night is life. It 's really the best. I 'm so happy I live less than 15min away from Bi Rite. Can 't wait to see what other new playful flavors you come up with.
Best ice cream in San Francisco with the most unreal, creamy texture ever. Almost like the goopiness of gelato, but much denser. So good.Right off of Mission Dolores, so come here and grab a pint for some picnicking or come here after for a cool sweet treat.Came on a Monday mid day and encountered no line at this quaint corner ice cream shop and bakery. The person serving us was very patient and we were able to sample the flavors! I ended up ordering the rose pandan mango swirl in a small cup. Loved both flavors. Rose is exactly as you'd expect mildly floral sweet. Pandan mango was a seasonal flavor, but a nice mixture of tropical and notes of coconutty almond. My boyfriend got another seasonal flavor, the orange cardamom, which was very bold and zesty!Coming back for more!!!
A mid-day snack for a few friends and I! AMAZING AMAZING flavors!!! It was difficult to narrow down my choices to 2 flavors because the description for each available one sounded spectacular. For my first flavor, I tend to gravitate to anything floral and we also heard that this flavor is only offered during certain months, so I had to try the rose! For my second flavor, the Pandan Mango was bring promoted for a limited time, so I also had to try this one! Both were creamy and did their respected flavors justice.Next time in SF, I would definitely like to come back to Bi-Rite and try the other flavors I missed out on!
Great ice cream. I got to try the honey lavender which had a very distinct lavender while remaining delicate, floral and slightly sweet. It's the best lavender flavored ice cream I've tasted so far and is perfect for someone who wants something, light, floral and sweet but not too sweet. I also tasted the burnt banana (thumbs up), crème brûlée (didn't stand out to me), malted vanilla (definitely not just vanilla) and I think birthday cake.I ended up going with brown sugar, which was my favorite, by far. I was looking for something really indulgent and this was it.
