Bamboo - San Francisco

The Chinese food here is delicious and reasonably priced. The mixed stew with sea scallops, squid, shrimp, chicken, pork, and beef was a standout dish.

I ordered lunch from Relish and found that the options available on their website were only a small selection of the full menu. I decided to try the honey walnut prawns.

We dined at this restaurant for the first time and will certainly be back when we are in the area. We tried the bamboo duck and fried tofu with eggplant dishes. Both were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

One of my favorite spots in the city. I love the flavors and portions. I always leave with a full belly. As you can tell my favorite is the Mongolian chicken.

Reasonably priced with a wide selection of dishes and located in a charming, safe area! The service was friendly and quick. We ordered 6 different rolls for takeout, including the Dragon, rainbow, spicy mango avocado, 49er, Tokyo, and Philadelphia rolls. Our favorites were the Spicy mango avocado (a surprisingly delicious combination) and the Tokyo roll (featuring deep-fried salmon, tuna, and eel). Some of the other rolls felt like they were missing something, perhaps a sauce or pickled vegetable to enhance the flavors. Overall, we appreciated the generous portions, affordable prices, and fresh ingredients. We would definitely return to try more items from the menu.
