American Indian Cuisine - San Francisco

Major red flag when the positive reviews are not from locals! AIC is really bad bad food, bad service, bad ambience. Though overpriced, new delhi just around the corner, is way better. Other old timey spots are also solid: shalimar, red chili, pakwan, etc.

Stop searching for food and go here/ order from here. This review is based on takeout from door dash. Usually take out once delivered loses some of the freshness right? Not from here. This was the best biryani I've ever had. Go here now.

Authentic Indian food. They have vegan/plant based options. The server was very attentive kind. They even have these mouth freshening herbs for after your dinner. Definitely recommend, very relaxing/comfortable environment

We ordered Pesto Paneer, Chole Bhatura, Bukhara Kofta, Garlic Naan Tandoori Roti. Sounds like Indian food, but the food here sucks. Anyone giving this place more than 2 stars does not know anything about what delicious Indian food is supposed to taste like. Even the table napkins smelled like puke. There's no way I'm coming here again, or recommending to anyone either.

We are visiting San Francisco and happened to go into this awesome Indian restaurant that was close to our hotel. The amazing hostess/ server Nisha welcomed us in and took great care of us. We ordered chicken biryani, bhindi, butter paneer. Everything we ordered was really tasty. We strongly recommend this restaurant.
