I went to this restaurant for a late lunch on Saturday and it was quite busy. There were plenty of options, including ones that were vegetarian friendly. You can choose whatever you want and everything is priced at $14.99 per pound. They even have a scale for customers to weigh their chosen items before paying. The only issue I observed was that some customers were seen taking items out of their bowls and putting them back in the fridge, potentially causing cross contamination.

This restaurant is a bit of a challenge to review. I have been here three times now, and my thoughts are consistent with each visit. The selection of food is excellent, with the freshness and variety being the best I have seen. The flavors are incredibly addictive and the meals are excellent. The spice level is what sets this restaurant apart, although I have found it to be inconsistent between dishes and visits. Some days it is perfectly spicy and delicious, while other days it is too hot to eat. For my next visit, I plan to ask for the spice on the side so that I can control the heat. It's worth noting that this is a buffet-style restaurant, so finding a table can be difficult during peak hours. It seems to be gaining popularity each time I visit.

The service is efficient, with friendly staff at the cashier. The ambiance is pleasant, with comfortable seating and well-decorated interior. Overall, this restaurant provides a satisfying dining experience with room for improvement in pricing.

Nice concept and great food, only issue we had was it was MUCH spicier then expected. We got the Just a Kick so, careful underestimating the spice here! Other then that the food was great, got the fresh ramen noodles and shrimp, fish cakes alldelicious! Ran us about $20 but it was enough for two. Other cons were they isnt much seating when busy, so you may have to sitcafeteria style. Also for anyone with balance problems, carrying the giant bowl back to the table can be a little nervewracking

This is a great place for customizing your own hot pot! They have so many options of meats, veggies, noodles, etc. The difference between this place and typical hot pot restaurants is you can put as little or as much of an ingredient as you wantrather than having to order a whole plate of one thing. I always get the Szechuan spicy broth. It's got great flavor and is theperfect level of spiciness for me. Finding a table can take a while during peak hours especially if you have a larger party butyou should be able to before they finish cooking your food since it can take a little while.
