Beautiful campus has a neat and nice place to eat. Huge dining hall with a variety of food options. Quiet place.
The grilled food is never what you ask for, all burgers and grilled sandwiches are super dry and tasteless
As I perused the breakfast items this morning, I was delighted to see a food server, standing over the food buffet with her mask off, blowing her nose and wiping away her snot with two gloved hands and Kleenex. As she finished, she replaced her mask, discarded her Kleenex and proceeded to serve the tater tots while still wearing this same pair of gloves. Yesterday, I decided to try the fried shrimp, pasta with marinara sauce, and vegetables. $15 for about a cup of extremely al dente pasta, 5 shrimp (more on that later), and about 8 pieces of hard as a rock cauliflower and broccoli. 3 out of 4 of my fork tines broke off from trying to eat the vegetables in this lukewarm meal. While it 's a mystery as to how they could fail to practice basic food safety and sufficiently cook the pasta and vegetables, the real mystery is WHERE is the shrimp in the fried shrimp??? After deciding I wasn 't a fan of the breading, I decided that I would remove the breading from the shrimp and eat only the shrimp inside. I peeled away the breading, piece by piece, only to realize that there was no shrimp inside! I scoured through the pile of breading on my plate, searching for any sign shrimp meat without success. One by one, I peeled apart each of the remaining 4 fried shrimp served to me not a SINGLE ONE containing shrimp. The fried shrimp are simply bundles of fried flour, folks. Don 't waste your money here if you don 't have to.
