Krispy Krunchy Chicken - San Francisc

Biscuits are pretty good...u know me and POPEYES MY EYES ARE POPEYES...so when the cashier just looks random and doesnt make contact in San Francisco in my 20 year neighborhood..dont care if you are Chinese..I get confused and want to yell at youThe dark crispy chicken was ok and the fried shrimp were smaller than I thought..and it was overpriced again for fried chicken and the menu is fun and I could come back but I am sick on Irving sometimes..so try harder with me or u will see AN F

The chicken that I received in this order was not what I would call fresh. I've had much better in previous orders and today the chicken was old and dry with a stale, and possibly, reheated batter. Too long of a time under the heat lamps. It was neither krispy nor krunchy. On the other hand, the macaroni and cheese was pretty decent.

Restaurant didn't give us napkins or utensils. Our enough sauces. It was messy and I definitely don't blame the driver for that because of the way it was packaged

Chicken was okay but the potatoes were horrible. I’m not one to complain bc I love potatoes but these wedges must have been cooked like a week ago and reserved bc the taste was super off, and they were not krispy at all. I thought maybe it was just the one but I bit into two other ones and they all tasted spoiled or something. Biscuits are also dry. I usually love this chain but this one needs some work.
