Good Vibrations Valencia - San Francisc

I ordered a $200 toy in December but towards the end of January it had not arrived. I asked for a refund because I had not received anything yet. I kept sending messages to GV asking to just forget it but they said that their shipping manager was not replying to them. Two months later I got the item in dirty, half assed almost see through packaging after I had told the store to cancel my order and refund the money. This is terrible customer service and I don't want this item anymore because I am so angry. They did not reply to my messages and they have now forced this item on me. What a waste of $200! Update: they will not accept a return after the trouble they have caused.

A phenomenal shop. The employees are helpful and non-judgemental. I found exactly what I was looking for.

Update: I received the package and paid $28 for just 3 ounces of lube. It would have been nice if they recalculated the shipping after taking the larger item out of the order. Sorry to say this before Valentine's Day, but I’m breaking up with you, Good Vibes. We had some good times together.

I asked a question and received a defensive response. I didn’t feel welcomed at all.

This was my first visit to a sex shop, and I was pleasantly surprised. The store was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I also appreciated that they limit the number of customers allowed in the store at one time, which really enhances the overall sense of comfort.
