Przekaż informację zwrotnąA really below average Chipotle. They didn’t offer me (or have any) baskets for my non-takeaway burrito. Apparently they just expect customers to eat directly off the tables.
This has been the Chipotle that I go to the most often and for a few years when I need a burrito fix. But recently, the food and service have been going downhill. The staff rarely smile, and acts like they really would rather be anywhere else. They almost never drain the beans properly, so the bottom of the burritos are always soggy. I always have to beg them to put in more than a pinch of grilled veggies, which doesn't seem like such a big deal considering I don't ever order rice. Likewise, the rest of the ingredients portions are smaller now. The last burrito was at least a third smaller than what I used to get, yet the prices have gone up. But worse is the amount of gristle in the chicken. Sorry, but getting 3 big lumps of gristle in one burrito is just poor food management.
Chipotle's food is delicious. There are a lot of people, so you have to wait, and the quality of service is poor. The table is messy.
Food was fine but there was garbage all over the floor and tables, trash bins were spilling over and the person at the counter making the order didn’t pay attention to order instructions.
Unfortunately, I was caught off-guard When I went to pay for my $60 tab with a $100 bill, And I was informed it's Chipotle policy not to accept $100 bills disappointing!! And embarrassing! We used $100 bill before. Very unprofessional and embarrassing!
