Del Taco - San Fernando

Friendly and fast. I am primarily writing this review to compliment whoever is responsible for the music in the dinning area! Excellent, fun 80?s throwbacks. Keep it up.

When we went back to request a refund, the manager asked us twice what we wanted and where the tacos were. I had to explain more than once that I had thrown them up, and we had the decency to bring back the leftover half. The food seemed like it had been sitting there for too long. Having worked in fast food myself, I know that customer satisfaction should always come first. Yet, the manager made no effort to apologize; she just said, “That’s weird. That usually doesn’t happen here,” as if we were trying to pull a fast one on her for simply reporting bad food. I appreciate that she ultimately decided to give me a refund, as I would have considered taking further action if necessary. At least I got back my $4 change, but the whole experience left much to be desired.

The restaurant has significantly improved. The service was friendly and efficient, and the place was kept clean.

Terrible experience! I waited 20 minutes for my order in the drive-thru, and then had to wait an additional 15 minutes at the pickup window. What a disappointment!

Ordered 2 chili cheese fries with no onion and guess what they had onions!!! SMH I called the store and Jackie the store manager was not helpful whatsoever in fact she told to call corporate so they can help me!!!! Really Jackie looks like you need somecustomer service training! Also I ordered a burrito and it was so poorly wrapped it was sad actually.
