The vegan ramen is bland and honestly has a *dirty-dish water* tang. It’s kind of corn chowder flavored. The shishito peppers were not charred but they were drenched in some tasty sauce that was probably not vegan, now that I think of it. For some reason, they make you pay up-front and leave tip before you are served, which means I stiffed the poor server because I’m not going to be adding gratuity before I sit down… The vibe is honestly trash. Excellent vegan ramen at an excellent price $10)! Wow, for real, this ramen was so good. The broth was creamy, salty, and well-flavored overall. The vegan ramen comes with green spinach noodles, which were so delicious and cooked perfectly. There was a perfect amount of veggies in the dish to make me feel healthy too. I wish I had more time in SD to stuff my face with this ramen!

There is one vegan ramen option on the menu which was pretty good. Not great for options.
