Mignon Pho Grill - San Diego

This was honestly one of the best meals I've ever had. I would have liked an additional bone with a generous serving of roasted bone marrow, but it's a small plate. The garlic bread that accompanies it is excellent. Overall, everything was outstanding. The pho was authentic and truly impressive. I highly recommend ordering it.

The pho had a great flavor, but I’m giving it 3 stars because they only included 5 small pieces of rare steak, which just isn’t enough for the price. They also forgot my sate chili oil. The taro milk tea was disappointing, lacking flavor and having a very pale purple color that seemed more like milk. Overall, the experience wasn't terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Another dish I love indulging in is the Roasted Bone Marrow. I can easily finish this by myself, which sometimes makes me feel a little guilty. You can choose between baguette or noodles, and I always go for the baguette. It arrives sliced and toasted with garlic butter on top. When I run out of baguette, I toast my own bread—I often find myself devouring it without even realizing! For the Chicken Wontons, I usually pop them in the air fryer to reheat and make them crispy again when I order them to go. They’re flavorful and delicious after reheating! I’ve also tried items from the Mignon Kids menu for my children, and they’ve enjoyed everything. The portion sizes are great, coming with a side of vegetables, and the pricing is reasonable. They usually choose the rice plate option, alternating between chicken and pork. Overall, I will continue ordering from this establishment. The food is consistently high quality, the prices are good, and the takeout experience is reliable.

I ordered two Create Your Own Pho bowls and the portions were very small. In one bowl there was one piece of tofu, 5 pieces of brocolli and 4 small pieces of carrot. The egg rolls were good and spring rolls as well. I dont see the value for the price.
