Level Four Pool Deck Lounge - San Diego

We were very grateful to upgrade to a suite for our 5 nights. The bedroom was large with plenty of storage space, and the bathroom was also large with a walk in the shower. The staff was professional and friendly. The hotel is located near the Gaslamp Quarter and there are many bars and restaurants to choose from in the area. It is also located near the Trolley and it was quite the adventure when we caught one to the Las Americas Premium Outlets!! The Level 4 Hotel Restaurant/Bar was closed for renovations, but it looked like a very nice area to have a drink.

Kimpton Alma was a very nice experience! The reception was a gentleman and treated us with respect and made us feel at home. The Valet Crew was also respectful. The room was beautiful with views of the pool and seating. The café area Setup was very nice and detailed and her coffee was delicious! With her breakfast?

Tre checked us and was so warm and helpful! The other girl at the counter (not catch her name) was also so sweet and gave our Pup treats! He has a new best friend! And Nickie was brilliant at the bar, made some very refreshing cocktails and again, so beautiful! The staff really makes this hotel a home. We'll stay here.

I spent a wonderful evening at the restaurant at the Alma Kimpton, and it was really nice. I serve a Nikki was very kind and gracious, and I wanted to acknowledge her for a job well done the food was wonderful.

We ate at the Cafe Alma, which was a delight! We had the Smashed Charred Avocado sandwich and Arugula Salad. Both were bountiful, tasty, and fresh. Stop in for breakfast or lunch before 2p, you will not be disappointed! Nicky our server was attentive and very pleasant!
