Ginza Japanese - San Diego

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this little sushi restaurant nearby! I've been on the hunt for good sushi for some time now, and the fish here is both fresh and delicious.

It was far too hot to stay at home and cook dinner with the heatwave pushing temperatures well into the 90s inland. I decided to check out this restaurant when it caught my attention during my search...

I appreciate that this restaurant isn't very crowded, which allows for quick service and food delivery. I usually order a shrimp lover roll, and it's quite tasty. Their kama salmon is also excellent...

There are no other places that can match Ginza. Whether it’s their sushi, the extensive ramen selections, or the Korean dishes, everything is exceptional. I’ve never visited a restaurant where I've enjoyed so many different options. We’ve become such regulars that we’ve gotten to know the owner and consider the manager a good friend! By the way, don’t miss out on trying the Soju!

In the coming months, the ownership will be changing. I've been there more than just a few times and had the pleasure of speaking with one of the owners. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor that had us laughing! The staff is also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!
