This place is good for drinks at the bar, but do not disturb getting food when they are busy. This seemed to go like the brunch spot, came Sunday afternoon and it was busy, but still had no waiting for table or bar. It took a while to welcome us - like 10 minutes. The drinks were delicious and the staff was nice, but the food took so long and seemed to sit under the heat lamp because it was soggy and hot on the bottom. Our server has not come to check our food and if we enjoy it. Very disappointed
I'm between 3 and 4 stars. It's just once here, and it was for happy hour. Great offers and good drink menu we had dirty birds for this place jumping around the corner. Actually, we started to try out Rhythms chicken and waffle, but they were closed! On the review... they had really good beer options, I fixed to .394. Our server, so sweet and nice. She was attentive, but not excessive and always had a smile. Didnt forgot everything and made sure the happy hour was over. There is a 10% off when you check on yelp btw! The berry drink was great. This spinach artichoke dive was the best spinach artichoke diver I ever had! Never thought that Chorizo and Mais and whatever was in him would work and did. I'll revise it at home one day. I'm going back. Fish and chips! Yum! Really good, really clean. I would order that if I came back. The wings were really the only bad one in this place. I mean, maybe because we have dirty birds or chickens in rhythms, but they were very disappointed. Sauce is your typical chain sauce or at least it tastes like that. And they were over fried and dry. I would definitely be the mood was good and the other dishes were good. I won't order wings. Maybe. I'm trying a burger:
That was a fun place for brunch and groundless mimosas. Our waitress was brilliant with the refill of juice and bottles, we never had to wait or ask for refills! They had two options for juice, orange and guava. The Guava juice was great! The brunch menu was pretty good, I had the Turkey Bacon Benny. It was very tasteful and had the perfect amount of turkey and bacon. The other dishes also looked good. They do reservations in waves, so you have about 2 hours before they cut you off and the next group of people come. The problem was that it took so long until we were able to order and get our food that we felt a little rushed to finish before our time was up. Apart from that, it was very pleasant! I'm looking forward to trying again.
Decent brunch spot in the heart of PB. This place was packed on a gloomy Saturday afternoon with what I'm assuming are college students with the same idea of getting bottomless mimosas in the most popular part of San Diego. We waited for about an hour for a table for two but luckily there's the beach and shops to walk around while you're waiting. I ordered the chorizo hash with soy chorizo. Love that there is no extra charge to make it vegetarian. The portion sizes were decent but my friend's avocado toast was tiny for the price point in my opinion. The food was nothing to write home about but it was still satisfying. The bottomless mimosas were with a really cheap brut and you have the choice of orange or grapefruit juice. Not the best mimosas I have ever had but they get the job done if you want to get schmacked. You definitely come here for the location and ambience. Service was friendly too! I would give this place a 3.5 if I could.
