Staff is super pleasant. Fried mushrooms were excellent! Pomadoro sauce is good. Pizzas looked great, they were to go. I would go here again for a tasty Italian meal. Parking is tight. They have a few spots in the lot. Street parking is also available. The dessert are not overly sweet. Which I like very much. Also the coffee is quite good. Bravo!

Great flavor, reasonable price. Got a meat lovers pizza with high quality toppings and perfectly done crust. Enough for 2 people.

I have gone past by this place many times and thought a Italian restaurant on convoy wouldn’t be interesting. But it turns out to be amazing and nice to your wallet)! I had veal picata, which has much more dimensions of flavor due to a variety of seasonings they add) than any Italian food I had. The garlic bread and tiramisu are also impressive. The salad with the meal is soso it’s ... well... salad).

It was a very enjoyable and satisfying dinner at De Niro's tonight! Sam is an incredible chef with a great personality thrown in and added to the good friends that I went there with, made for an experience that was so good that it will be very hard to match. The Chicken Parmesan was perfection and the best breaded mozzarella cheese sticks and breaded eggplant that I have ever had too. I look forward to coming back to try their pizza and some other dishes as well. Thanks Sam!

El Gordo 's is a new restaurante in Kearny Mesa on Convoy. The variety and flavor, 'Esta muy deliciosus '! They 're open from 5am to 10pm 7 day 's per week. They 've a drive through and outdoor dining. Lastly, I recommend that when you 're here, come with an appetite. Bon appetite!
