Coffeentalk - San Diego

This review is a bit of a mixed bag. The coffee I had was absolutely excellent in terms of flavor—definitely a five-star experience. However, by the time I got to my car, it had cooled off and by the time I was halfway through, it was barely warm. On the downside, I found the large size, which is only 16oz, to be a bit pricey at over $6. It felt a little steep to me. That said, the coffee really was fantastic. The place has a fresh, up-and-coming vibe, and I appreciate that. There are some charming outdoor seating options and a few tables inside if you prefer that. Overall, I’m glad to support them!

The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing, especially outside! They offer sugar-free options for vanilla, caramel, and hazelnut. Unfortunately, they didn't have decaf espresso available (I usually opt for half-caf to reduce my caffeine intake), so I went with drip coffee and requested a third of it to be hot water.

I had a delightful afternoon iced coffee at this cozy little shop! The staff member was incredibly friendly and served our drinks promptly. I also appreciated that they showcased the source of their beans. It's a great spot to visit!

The outside space is cute. Nice selection of bakery items. Friendly baristas. However, my coconut milk latte was really sweet. I guess the coconut milk that they are using has bunch of added sugar

I’m staying in Gaslamp for a wedding and this shop lives up to its great reviews! The staff were SUPER welcoming and friendly. The latte was delicious and smooth. The açaí bowl was everything I hoped. I can’t wait to stop by next time I’m in town!
